AS YOUR COMMISSIONER, I won’t just represent WARD 2—I’ll be PRESENT, LISTENING, AND WORKING alongside you. From FIXING OUR STREETS and CLEANING UP NEGLECTED AREAS, BETTER EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIMES  to SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES and pushing for REAL COMMUNITY INVESTMENT, I’m here to turn CONCERNS INTO ACTION. I’ll focus on SAFER NEIGHBORHOODS, STRONGER COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, and ECONOMIC GROWTH that benefits everyone. NO NEIGHBORHOOD WILL BE LEFT BEHIND, AND NO VOICE WILL GO UNHEARD. TOGETHER, we’ll build a STRONGER WARD 2 that WORKS FOR EVERYONE.

  • Because we can’t afford to wait any longer. Our neighborhoods need investment, our youth need opportunities, and our voices need to be heard. Ward 2 deserves leadership that is present, proactive, and committed to real change. I’m ready to deliver on that promise.

  • Ward 2 has been neglected for too long. Our streets are in poor condition, abandoned homes bring down property values, and too many residents feel unheard. We need real leadership to fix infrastructure, support small businesses, create opportunities for our youth, and make our neighborhoods safer.

  • First, by making sure residents have a voice in decision-making. I’ll hold regular town halls and community meetings so that policy is shaped by the people it impacts. I’ll also work to secure funding and partnerships for programs that improve our roads, public safety, and economic opportunities.

  • I’m a leader who listens first. I’m always out in the community, not just during election season. I understand the struggles people face because I’ve lived them. My approach is about bringing people together residents, businesses, and city leaders to create real, lasting solutions.

  • My plan for revitalizing our neighborhoods is centered on both immediate action and long-term investment to ensure that every part of Ward 2 thrives.  Here’s how we will do it:

    1. Fix What’s Broken: We’ll tackle potholes, sidewalks, and unsafe properties right away to improve our streets and infrastructure.

    2. Community Cleanup & Investment: We’ll launch community-driven cleanup initiatives and push for new investments in public spaces and infrastructure to breathe new life into our neighborhoods.

    3. Stronger Code Enforcement & Public Safety: We’ll enhance code enforcement efforts and collaborate with local law enforcement for community policing, along with improved street lighting to ensure safety for all residents.

  • Supporting small businesses is a key part of my plan to build a strong, thriving Ward 2. Here's how I will help:

    1. Create a Business-Friendly Environment: I will work to simplify regulations and reduce bureaucratic barriers, making it easier for small businesses to start, grow, and thrive.

    2. Offer Support for Expansion: I’ll help local businesses access funding opportunities, grants, and loans, and offer resources to assist with growth strategies.

    3. Promote Local Business: I will advocate for local shopping initiatives and encourage residents to shop small and support our community’s businesses.

    4. Provide Workforce Training & Development: By partnering with local organizations, I will ensure that small businesses have access to a skilled workforce, helping them hire qualified employees to grow their teams.

    5. Strengthen the Small Business Network: I’ll facilitate opportunities for small business owners to connect, share resources, and collaborate with one another, fostering a strong, supportive business community.
